Notice of SSIA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

 

I am pleased to inform you that the SSIA will be holding its AGM and elections for the year. The date and venue are as follows:
Date     : Friday 18th November 2022
Time     : 4pm – 6.30pm
Venue  : ASTAR, 2 Fusionopolis Way, Innovis Tower, Singapore 138635

The AGM is an important meeting and one of the main agenda of this AGM is the voting and election of Board Members for the next term, 2022 – 2024. We encourage and appreciate your attendance.

Please take note of the following requirements for participating in the voting and elections:

  • Only representatives of Corporate Members of good order are eligible to vote in the AGM and elections.
  • Only representatives of Corporate Members and Individual (Professional) Members of good order are eligible to stand for the elections.
  • Members who are unable to attend the AGM and wish to assign a proxy have to complete the Proxy Form here and send it to cindy@ssia.org.sg by Friday 11th November 2022.
