Leadership in ENgineering

30 -31 July, 1 August 2024

Course aims

In today’s fast-paced industry, organizations need to move beyond the traditional “leader with a thousand followers” model to one where every employee is a leader, regardless of title. This begins by empowering individuals with a leadership mindset, inspired from within and committed to excellence, driving progress to make a positive impact. With the right mindset, emotional competencies, and tools, along with the courage for positive action, your organization can amplify its transformation efforts. This course equips participants to transform from high-potential individuals and managers into game-changing leaders, while also connecting them with a network of like-minded leaders.

Who is this course for?

Empowering high-potential managers and individual contributors with the mindset, emotional competencies, tools, and strategies to become present and future leaders in the industry. Ideal for high-potential individual contributors, team leaders, supervisors, and managers.
