The SSIA Leadership in Engineering programme stands out for bringing together leaders from across the semiconductor value chain, offering participants a unique opportunity to learn from diverse industry perspectives. This cross-pollination of people across the semiconductor value chain is our key differentiator, fostering richer discussions, broader insights, and innovative approaches to solving industry challenges. 

This three-day immersive workshop is conducted live in person and led by Lead Coach Dominic Siow, featuring contemporary best practices from the fields of leadership, neuroscience, and high performance in a highly interactive format. Immersive Pre-course work

Participants will kick off their journey with a comprehensive DISC360 assessment, designed to dive deep into their leadership strengths and areas for growth. This foundational exercise sets the stage for a transformative learning experience.

Personalised Disc Profile

Building on the assessment, participants will receive a detailed and personalized DISC profile, offering invaluable insights into their behaviour and communication style. This report serves as a roadmap for personal and professional development, guiding them throughout the course and beyond.

Live & Virtual Skills Sessions

Led by world-class Master Leadership Coaches, participants will engage in a series of dynamic, interactive sessions. These include guest presentations and expert-led Q&A discussions, both in-person and virtual, delivering actionable strategies to refine leadership capabilities.

Networking & Certification

The program culminates with significant networking opportunities, allowing participants to connect with industry leaders and peers. Upon completing the course, all participants will be awarded a Statement of Participation, marking their successful journey toward becoming more effective leaders.
