  • The application of the After Action Review process to address strengths and weaknesses of the actions taken by your organization before and during COVID 19
  • How your leadership before and during COVID 19 demonstrated agility and can serve as your individual leadership development plan
  • Discussion of The AGILE Model® as a framework for preparing your organization for the New World of Work (e.g., virtual work, digital disruption, supply-chain reengineering, etc.) for future disruptions
  • How small groups from each company will prepare and practice presenting their Organizational Agility recommendations to their Executive Team

Prior to forming Agility Consulting, Dr. Horney was Vice President of Client and Constituency Relations at The Center for Creative Leadership. His change management consulting experience spans over 30 years and includes the start-up and management of the Coopers & Lybrand Change Management Practice. Representative clients include Coca-Cola, Harrah’s Entertainment, Hanesbrands, Dell, Lenovo, Siemens, CIA, ARAMARK, John Deere, Valerus.  Dr. Horney co-authored FOCUSED, FAST & FLEXIBLE in 2015; co-authored MANAGING CHANGE IN ORGANIZATIONS (PMI, 2013); and coauthored PROJECT CHANGE MANAGEMENT (McGraw-Hill, 2000).

Dr. Horney’s first-hand knowledge of agility and change management was developed during his 23 years as a Navy Special Operations Officer leading diving, submarine salvage and explosive ordnance disposal teams. Nick retired from the U.S. Navy at the rank of Captain.


Stephen Krempl is CEO of Krempl Communications International. As an international trainer, speaker, best selling author and business communication coach he had worked with thousands of leaders in over 30+ countries. His career spans 25 years’ working for Fortune 500 companies, Starbucks Coffee Company where he was Chief Learning Officer (Seattle), YUM Brands Inc. VP of Yum University and Global Learning (Louisville), PepsiCo Restaurants International(Dallas) and Motorola (Singapore) He is an expert on how leaders can stand out and get noticed in their corporations even in an increasingly competitive global market place. He is the creator of the Global Executive Mindset (GEM) and Winning in the Work World (W3) programs. Stephen has also authored five books including:  The 5% Zone – Visibility Strategies That Get You Noticed and Rewarded In Any Organization and is a Certified High-Performance Coach.

He is a high energy and engaging speaker who has spoken at multiple conferences and conventions around the world. His has run training programs in many countries in Europe, Asia, and Middle East.
