Speaking Topic: Diversity and Inclusion for Women in Engineering

Women are under-represented in the workforce, in particular for engineering sectors, let alone executive positions with female technical leaders. Diversity & Inclusion is important to engage and retain women in the engineering workforce. To create an inclusive environment that supports women in engineering, we must make it a priority for corporates to institutionalize efforts to eliminate bias and barriers, and provide a supportive environment in their professional development.
