With over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, Wee Seng's expertise spans fab startups, process integration, technology development, yield enhancement, manufacturing, equipment engineering, cost control, and program management. As the leader of the SSIA Secretariat since 2018, Wee Seng has skillfully steered the association's strategic course and daily operations, enhancing its mission and vision fulfillment.

Adopting a comprehensive strategy, he drives business transformation within Singapore and beyond, contributing his expertise to various advisory panels including the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic, the Industrial Transformation Asia-Pacific (ITAP) platform, and the Enterprise Singapore (ESG) Smart Manufacturing and Energy Technical Committees.

Amy has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, working in both front-end and back-end fabs. She's skilled in planning, procurement, and supply chain management. Her experience also includes working on new fab startups, implementing new procurement systems, managing warehouse operations, and overseeing cost and program management. Amy is dedicated to using her knowledge to help SSIA members grow both locally and internationally and strengthen collaborations between government and industry partners. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Ivah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with minors in Sociology and Journalism from Monash University and is an IHRP Certified Professional. Ivah's extensive experience in HR within the finance sector positions her as a key strategic partner, dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace cultures and driving organizational success. She has held various regional HR roles at top financial firms, where she has spearheaded initiatives in the areas of talent management and programmes, business advisory and talent acquisition. A true coffee enthusiast, Ivah believes in starting the day with a strong brew and enjoys adding a kick of chili to her meals. Outside of work, she's an adventurous spirit, always ready to explore new destinations with her family.

Her expertise lies in market expansion, content creation, event management, and brand enhancement, honed through her roles at Ramboll, Orange Business Services, and Unilever, which have solidified her reputation as a corporate expert. With a steadfast focus on media relations, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement, Tish is propelling SSIA’s mission to redefine the landscape of semiconductor excellence. Outside of her professional endeavours, she finds joy in cappuccinos, pugs, and powerlifting.

Daphne is deeply committed to fostering workforce readiness and driving growth within the industry.

As she begins her career, Swee Ling brings a fresh perspective and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges. She is dedicated to continuous learning and is always eager to expand her complementary skill sets. Outside of work, Swee Ling enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes to delight family and friends. Despite potential debates, she firmly chooses tea over coffee any day.
