As we continue to drive innovation and growth in the semiconductor industry, it’s clear that leadership training plays a critical role in shaping the future of our sector. That’s why I’m excited to endorse the Leadership in Engineering Programme by SSIA, a comprehensive development program designed specifically for emerging high potentials in the industry. By investing in the next generation of leaders, we’re not only strengthening our own organizations, but also contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of the semiconductor industry in Singapore. Our past participants for the program have also gained valuable outside-in perspectives through interactions with peers from other semiconductor companies.

I encourage all companies in the semiconductor industry to invest in the development of their next generation of leaders, and to consider the Leadership in Engineering Programme as a key part of their leadership development strategy. By working together to develop the leaders of tomorrow, we can build a stronger, more sustainable industry that will continue to drive innovation and growth for years to come.
