In line with International Women’s Day 2025, the theme for Semiconductor Women’s Forum 2025 is “Accelerating Action, Enabling Women”; revolving on transformative experience that fosters mentorship and accelerates actions to empower women to flourish in their careers as they navigate their professional and personal journeys.

The forum aims to highlight the importance of taking meaningful steps within the workplace to inspire and equip women to succeed and celebrates existing practices that support women’s progress and promote unity for collective impact.
