Redefining Leadership for the Semiconductor Industry

Following a comprehensive review with industry and HR leaders, SSIA proudly unveils the newly refreshed Singapore Semiconductor Leadership Excellence (SSLE) Programme, in partnership with Singapore Management University (SMU). This is more than a name change. SSLE represents a transformation — from an accelerator to a holistic, industry-relevant leadership journey.

PROGRAMME NARRATIVE 

The Singapore Semiconductor Leadership Excellence (SSLE) is a customised programme designed to inspire emerging technical and business leaders to continue creating revolutionary possibilities from the semiconductor industry. It offers an immersive, hands-on learning experience aimed at fostering both personal and professional growth, equipping leaders to thrive in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous global landscape, with a particular focus on the semiconductor sector.
