All bids must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Organiser will be final.
All items are sold “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject any bid that is deemed inappropriate or suspicious.
