
Chief Scientist, Weston Robot
Yanliang Zhang, adjunct professor of National University of Singapore, is the Chief Scientist at Weston Robot, where he oversees the company’s productization strategy, driving the transformation of innovative ideas into market-ready robotic solutions. Dr. Zhang completed his Ph.D. in Robotics and his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University in 2010 and 2006, respectively. He continued his research with at the University of Toronto in Canada from 2010 to 2011. His extensive industry experience includes leading the global product and industrial strategy for robotics at MathWorks in Boston between 2011 and 2015.
