
Su-Yen Wong is a board chair and director of multiple public, private, and non-profit organisations in Australia, Asia, and the United States. She is an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School and she founded the Remarkable Reinventors Community in 2020 to bring together seasoned professionals navigating career pivots, portfolio careers, and new ventures. Su-Yen was the first female Chairperson of the Singapore Institute of Directors and was named Prestige Woman of Power 2025.
She is a professional speaker who inspires leaders around the world to drive transformation, motivate teams, and enhance performance in an ever-changing business landscape. Her insights are regularly featured in print, broadcast, and online media, and she is a LinkedIn Top Voice.
Previously, Su-Yen was CEO of the Human Capital Leadership Institute which was established by the Economic Development Board and the Ministry of Manpower. Earlier she was Chairperson (Singapore) for Marsh & McLennan Companies; Managing Director, Southeast Asia at Mercer; and Asia Managing Partner for the Communications, Information & Entertainment practice at Oliver Wyman.
Su-Yen is an award-winning photographer and earlier in life, a musician. She is an avid adventure traveller and has ventured to some of the most remote parts of the world, including Antarctica and Timbuktu. She summited Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest free standing mountain in 2022.
