Mads is a Senior Managing Director with Accenture. He serves as Leader for Supply Chain & Engineering Practice, APAC.

Prior to Accenture Mads served McKinsey for 23 years, where he was Leader for Supply Chain Practice, APAC and Leader for Industrial IoT Practice Globally. He has been in Asia since 1998.

Throughout his career, Mads has specialized in helping clients architecting and implementing scalable enterprise-wide transformations enabled by technology and AI.

In this capacity he has served his clients at building competitive distinctiveness across the value chain (plan, source, make and deliver) through delivering value-at-scale ranging from cost-take-out to strategic growth programs.

He has served clients across electronics and advanced manufacturing industries.

Prior to consulting Mads was an officer in the Royal Danish Army. He holds a Master’s in Statistics, a PhD in Mathematics from Technical University of Eindhoven, and a McKinsey-MBA from Kellogg.
