Designed in collaboration with SSIA and in support of the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for the Electronics industry, this course incorporates three modules, covering Semiconductor Processes, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Introduction to Industry 4.0.
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing value chain, from front-end wafer fabrication to back-end assembly and testing. The programme covers cleanroom operations, hazardous chemical handling, fabrication processes for integrated circuits (ICs), manufacturing workflows and process control methodologies.
