Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing value chain, from front-end wafer fabrication to back-end assembly and testing. The programme covers cleanroom operations, hazardous chemical handling, fabrication processes for integrated circuits (ICs), manufacturing workflows and process control methodologies.
