KC Ang is the Chief Executive Officer of ZenSemi and a distinguished semiconductor industry leader with more than 40 years of global experience spanning semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, technology transfer and business leadership. Prior to joining ZenSemi, he served as President and Head of Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing during the early phase of India’s semiconductor manufacturing journey.

Earlier, KC held several senior leadership positions at GlobalFoundries, including President of Asia, Chairman of China and Chief Manufacturing Officer, where he oversaw global manufacturing operations across Asia, Europe and the United States. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building and transforming world-class semiconductor manufacturing organizations, leading major fab start-ups, technology transfers and operational excellence initiatives.

Widely respected for his strategic vision and execution, KC brings a unique global perspective on leadership, talent development and building resilient semiconductor ecosystems while helping shape the industry’s next phase of growth.

Dr. TUNG Chen-Yuan is Representative, Taipei Representative Office in Singapore since May 2023. He was Minister of the Overseas Community Affairs Council of the Republic of China (Taiwan) from June 2020 till Jan 2023. He was Taiwan’s ambassador to Thailand from July 2017 until May 2020, senior advisor at the National Security Council from October 2016 until July 2017, and Spokesman of the Executive Yuan from May to September 2016.

Before 2016, Dr. Tung was distinguished professor at the Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University (Taiwan). He received his Ph.D. degree majoring in international affairs from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University. From September 2006 to May 2008, he was vice chairman of the Mainland Affairs Council, Executive Yuan. His expertise focuses on international economy, Chinese economic development, and prediction markets.

Ms Poh was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of JTC Corporation since 1 April 2025 and also a Director on the Jurong Port Board.

Ms Poh was previously Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) from 2021 to 2025. She was the Chairperson of Design Singapore Advisory Board and board member of EDB Investments.

Prior to EDB, Ms Poh was Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office Strategy Group. She was also the founding Chief Executive of the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and Managing Director of the former Infocommunications Development Authority.

She has held key positions in three Ministries – manpower, finance and defence.

Ms Poh is an alumnus of Oxford, Cambridge, INSEAD (MBA) and Stanford.

Ritu leads the global strategy and growth of Emerson’s Test & Measurement business, defining the technologies and capabilities that enable semiconductor companies to test, validate and scale the next generation of AI, automotive and advanced semiconductor systems. With more than 30 years of experience in semiconductors and high technology, she has held senior leadership roles at NI, Synaptics, NEXT Biometrics, Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor. Ritu currently serves on the Board of Directors of Valmont Industries and previously served on the Board of Cohu. Holding a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, she is recognised for driving innovation in semiconductor test, automation and intelligent engineering.

Andy chairs the Semiconductor Expert Working Group for UKTIN, he advises the OECD Semiconductor Informal Exchange Network, the G7 Semiconductor POC and serves on the Government’s Semiconductor Advisory Panel. He is a highly regarded semiconductor expert, giving evidence to Parliament on five occasions, including the National Security and Investment Act and the select committee on semiconductors.

Andy developed the business case and strategy for the Compound Semiconductor Catapult, securing a £54m investment. He led the Catapult start-up from 2017, representing the Catapult during high-level discussions with the Prime Minister. Andy has also represented the UK during high-level semiconductor delegations to Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and the US White House.

Andy advises strategy for the Photonics Innovation Centre at Southampton University (CORNERSTONE). He holds an Executive MBA from Glasgow University, a research doctorate from Strathclyde University, he’s a Fellow of the IET and Freeman of the City of London (FCL).

Cher Whee Sim is the Vice President of People Strategy, Technology and Workforce Transformation at Micron Technology where she leads the shift to an AI-native workforce – reimagining how work gets done at scale in the age of AI. With over two decades of global HR and transformation experience, Cher Whee has been at the forefront of driving large‑scale organizational change across Asia and beyond. Today, she brings together People Strategy, digital HR, and workforce AI transformation to redesign workflows, reshape roles and skills, and unlock new levels of productivity through human‑agent teaming.

A passionate and visible advocate for inclusive leadership, Cher Whee is widely recognized for her work in advancing leadership development, culture, and diversity. She is a strong advocate for advancing women in leadership and a sponsor of Pride+ Ally—championing environments where diverse talent can thrive and lead.

Beyond Micron, she plays an active role in shaping talent and workforce ecosystems at a national and industry level. She serves on the board of Singapore Polytechnic and as an advisor to multiple councils, including Eightfold.ai, Singapore’s Workforce Skills Qualifications, and the Singapore Semiconductor Leadership Accelerator Program. She also contributes to the Nanyang Technological University Career & Attachment Office Industry Advisory Panel. Cher Whee holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and is an alumna of several global leadership programs, including the Harvard Business School General Management Program, Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program, Singapore Management University Executive Development Program, PwC Trust Leadership Institute Executive Leadership Program, the University of Oxford AI Programme, and the National University of Singapore Chief Strategy Officer Programme.

Daan de Cloe started as Managing Director of Foreign Investments & International Trade of the Brabant Development Company (BOM).

Until recently, De Cloe was CTO/CCO at Autofill Technologies. Prior to that, he held various executive positions at Sioux Technologies and TNO, among others, and was managing partner of his own consultancy firm. De Cloe has extensive experience in international business development and collaboration, and is well acquainted with the Brabant business community. The Brabant native holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, and has also held various supervisory positions.

Annemarie Große Frie oversees a global portfolio of automation technologies that enable smarter, more flexible, and more sustainable industrial operations. Since October 2025, she has been driving the next generation of automation solutions, leveraging Industrial AI, software-defined automation, and digitalisation to help manufacturers improve productivity, resilience, and operational performance. Prior to her current role, Annemarie held leadership positions across sustainability, corporate strategy, and technology development within Siemens. She began her career with Boston Consulting Group in Munich before joining Siemens in 2013, and holds a Master’s degree from University of Oxford.

Ken Phua is the CEO of Acrab, leading its vision to redefine intelligent systems at the intersection of agentic AI, software, and semiconductors. With over two decades of experience, including senior leadership roles at Arm Ltd, he has built and scaled high-performance teams across Asia and globally, driving growth, innovation, and strategic expansion. His career spans engineering, product development, and corporate strategy, enabling him to bridge deep technology with real-world deployment. He also advises venture capital firms and deep tech startups, supporting founders on strategy, scaling, and innovation.

At Acrab, Ken is spearheading a new class of computing platforms designed for agentic AI—systems that can perceive, reason, and act autonomously. The company’s initial focus is the intelligent mobility cockpit-drive, reimagining the in-vehicle experience as a deeply integrated, adaptive environment. Building on this foundation, Acrab is extending its platforms into broader markets, enabling embodied AI deployments across robotics, edge devices, and next-generation human-machine interfaces.

Dr. Marvin Lee is Country Leader for Quantinuum Singapore, where he leads strategic partnerships and ecosystem development to advance quantum technologies across APAC. Previously, he held leadership roles at Singapore’s National Research Foundation (NRF), Economic Development Board (EDB) and A*STAR, contributing to Singapore’s National Quantum Strategy, semiconductor investments and national R&D initiatives. Holding a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, Dr. Lee brings deep expertise at the intersection of science, industry and policy, translating breakthrough technologies into commercial opportunities while strengthening innovation ecosystems and long-term technological competitiveness.

Meng Hwee leads the Cyber Solutions & Infrastructure Group at ST Engineering, overseeing cybersecurity capabilities that support governments, critical infrastructure operators and enterprises in building resilience against an increasingly complex and fast-evolving cyber threat landscape. With deep experience spanning cybersecurity, OT security, critical infrastructure protection and security operations, he has been closely involved in helping organizations secure mission-critical environments across IT, cloud and industrial systems.

Meng Hwee’s current focus includes the application of AI and advanced technologies to strengthen threat detection, improve cyber resilience, and protect essential systems against emerging risks particularly as digitalisation, automation and AI continue to transform critical operations.
