Jade is the Senior Investment Officer at the High Commission of Canada in Singapore, where she oversees the inward investment portfolio. Her career spans technology commercialisation, venture building, international partnerships, and science policy through roles at NTUitive, the British High Commission Singapore, and A*STAR. Jade holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, along with MRes and BSc degrees in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.

Yao Tang is an experienced professional in cross-border investment promotion, with over 8 years of supporting companies expanding between Europe and Asia, as well as within Asia. As Head of Investment Promotion (ASEAN) at Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) in Singapore, she advises companies on Germany’s market landscape, guides location selection, and provides information on tax, legal, and financial incentives. GTAI offers these advisory services free of charge to international companies seeking to establish operations in Germany.

Trilingual in Chinese, English, and German, Yao has studied and worked across China, Germany, and Singapore, serving as a bridge between Asian and European markets. She is dedicated to facilitating international business connections and helping companies navigate investment opportunities with practical guidance and actionable insights.

Nicolas Loh is part of the innovation promotion team at Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Singapore, where he supports cross-border collaboration between Singapore and Japan in the innovation sector, including but not withstanding semiconductors, AI, and advanced manufacturing industries. His work focuses on facilitating trade, investment, and market entry in Japan, providing boutique support for each company.

Andre Pandean is the Trade and Investment Manager for Technology at the Department for Business and Trade based at the British High Commission in Singapore. He supports UK technology companies expanding in Singapore and facilitate engagements with Singaporean companies who are looking for technology solutions from the UK. He contributes to sector-specific technology campaign plans, including cybersecurity, AI, quantum, semiconductor among others. Andre works closely with UK and Singaporean government agencies and commercial partners to identify opportunities and facilitate commercial success.

Mr. Thang Cao Xuan serves as Commercial Counsellor and Director of the Vietnam Trade Office at the Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore. With over 21 years of experience at Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, he brings deep expertise in trade policy, international economic cooperation, and market development. He has spent the past five years in Singapore, where he leads efforts to strengthen bilateral trade and investment ties, supporting businesses in market entry, partnership building, and cross-border expansion. Mr. Thang plays a key role in advancing economic collaboration between Vietnam and Singapore.
