Agnes Lesage is Senior Vice President and Head of Backend Assembly Quality Management at Infineon Technologies, leading global quality pertormance across nine manufacturing sites.

With more than 20 years in the semiconductor industry, she has driven major improvements in operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation. Agnes is known for strengthening manufacturing robustness, scaling R&D capabilities across regions, and leading large multicultural teams through complex change. Her leadership consistently delivers measurable gains in quality, efficiency, and organisational resilience.

Lynette Tan is a globally recognized space industry leader and Founder and CEO of Space Faculty. With over 20  years of experience advancing deep tech ecosystems across Asia, she drives innovation in space, AI, and robotics. Her leadership fosters commercial growth through strategic corporate partnerships, public-private collaborations, and cutting-edge training programs, cementing Space Faculty’s position as a leader in Asia’s space and technology landscape.

Chika Imakita is the Chief Executive Officer of Greenpac, a leading provider of innovative, sustainable, and value-driven total packaging solutions. Under her leadership, Greenpac has positioned itself at the forefront of the industry, delivering high-quality, eco-friendly industrial packaging for multinational manufacturers of sensitive and high-value equipment in Southeast Asia.

A keen environmentalist and a firm believer in creating an ecosystem with stakeholders, Chika is passionate about driving change in the industry. Her dedication to sustainability extends beyond packaging, as she collaborates with local startups to repurpose waste materials and supports community efforts.

Chika has over 20 years of industry and supply chain management experience. Before joining Greenpac, she served as the Managing Director for a global logistics company, where she was responsible for air and ground express delivery operations and strategic growth initiatives.

Su-Yen Wong is a board chair and director of multiple public, private, and non-profit organisations in Australia, Asia, and the United States. She is an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School and she founded the Remarkable Reinventors Community in 2020 to bring together seasoned professionals navigating career pivots, portfolio careers, and new ventures. Su-Yen was the first female Chairperson of the Singapore Institute of Directors and was named Prestige Woman of Power 2025. 

She is a professional speaker who inspires leaders around the world to drive transformation, motivate teams, and enhance performance in an ever-changing business landscape. Her insights are regularly featured in print, broadcast, and online media, and she is a LinkedIn Top Voice.  

Previously, Su-Yen was CEO of the Human Capital Leadership Institute which was established by the Economic Development Board and the Ministry of Manpower. Earlier she was Chairperson (Singapore) for Marsh & McLennan Companies; Managing Director, Southeast Asia at Mercer; and Asia Managing Partner for the Communications, Information & Entertainment practice at Oliver Wyman. 

Su-Yen is an award-winning photographer and earlier in life, a musician. She is an avid adventure traveller and has ventured to some of the most remote parts of the world, including Antarctica and Timbuktu. She summited Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest free standing mountain in 2022. 

Mr Patrick Tay is the Executive Secretary of UWEEI, Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC, and Member of Parliament of Pioneer Single Member Constituency. He co-chairs the Financial Sector Tripartite Committee. As Director of NTUC’s Legal Services and Strategy Departments, he represents the Labour Movement in tripartite workgroups to review/update employment and industrial relations legislation and has been pivotal in lobbying for the many changes to manpower related laws and policies in Singapore. He also co-chaired the NTUC-Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) Professional Managerial Employees (PME) Taskforce and is the Executive Secretary for the United Workers of Electronics & Electrical Industries. As legal adviser to NTUC-affiliated unions in Singapore, he has advised/represented numerous unions/members in complex and contentious issues, dispute resolution, conciliation and in the Industrial Arbitration Court.

Juliana oversees SGInnovate’s national Deep Tech Central strategy – connecting Deep Tech startups and talent with resources and opportunities to grow and scale. Her work focuses on three key strategies to support Singapore’s emerging tech ecosystem: expanding and sustaining talent pipelines, driving synergistic collaboration with partners, and developing a robust data architecture to strengthen talent and ecosystem readiness.

Together with SGInnovate’s partners, Juliana and her team design and implement programmes and initiatives that integrate development, training and career opportunities with community engagement. This approach enables the team to tailor talent development and cross-sector collaboration to the specific needs of different segments of the ecosystem.

Juliana also shapes the organisation’s product and data strategy, including SGInnovate’s Deep Tech Central platform, which serves as both a community gateway to opportunities, events and jobs, and a valuable source of insights and trends shaping ecosystem development across key technology domains.

Prior to joining SGInnovate, Juliana led teams across the Human Resource function in organisations such as SP Group, NTUC First Campus (NFC), the National Heritage Board, Central Provident Fund Board and the Ministry of Education. Her experience spans areas including talent attraction, benefits and rewards, learning and development and business partnering.

Juliana holds a Bachelor of Economics (1st Class Hons) from Murdoch University and a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales.

Jen brings over 30 years Semiconductor Industry experience within operational and managerial positions in Equipment, Process Engineering, Process Development and Business Management.

Jen has successfully led many SiC projects and was key in the early Silicon Carbide industry engagements in the UK. She is an Engineering and MBA graduate and is a certified 6-sigma green belt practitioner.

Jen joined Clas-SiC as Chief Operations Officer, stepping up to a Director and CEO role from January 2024. Since moving into the role, Clas-SiC has secured equity investment to secure the next part of their technology roadmap as the company continues to grow. Jen also sits on the Government Advisory Panel for Semiconductors, helping shape the UK strategy for the sector.  

Rose Guino has been with Henkel since 2007. She is based in Irvine, California and is currently on assignment in Southeast Asia as the Manager Application Engineering. She has more than 18 years of experience in Advanced Packaging & Semiconductor Packaging Materials. She was a pioneer for the industry’s first Thermal Compression Non-Conductive Paste (TC-NCP) that enabled fine pitch Cu pillar flip chip, as well as the Non-Conductive Film (NCF) that enabled the 3D TSV stack for high bandwidth memory. She has a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and was a post-doctoral Fellow in the Materials Research Lab at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Michael Nette is the Senior Managing Director of Ambition Group Singapore and India, bringing eighteen years of recruitment industry experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He is recognised for his deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capability, and a consistent track record of building high-performing teams.

At Ambition, he oversees the firm’s business operations in Singapore and India. Under his leadership, the team has developed a strong reputation for specialist expertise, trusted partnerships, and a commitment to Building Better Futures. Ambition is also the only recruitment firm that is a member of the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA), reflecting the company’s deep expertise in recruiting for the semiconductor and electronics sectors.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Michael is an active ally who champions inclusion and supports initiatives that create equitable opportunities for women in the workplace. He actively promotes allyship and participates in programmes led by organisations such as She Loves Data and Lean In Singapore. He is also involved in the Walk the Talk initiative, which pairs C-suite executives with aspiring women leaders, and plays a key role in driving both internal and external International Women’s Day events for Ambition.

Michael is a proud father to his 10-year-old daughter and is grateful to be surrounded by strong female role models in his life.

Outside of work, he enjoys travel, cooking, fitness, movies, music, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Gan Theck Ling, Director of Manufacturing Data Science at STMicroelectronics, leads the global data science efforts for backend semiconductor manufacturing. In her role, Gan Theck Ling oversees a diverse team of data scientists and engineers who apply advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to drive innovation in manufacturing processes to drive production efficiencies. She has built and scaled teams across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and excellence in deploying AI-enabled solutions that improve performance and drive business impact. Her leadership emphasizes the integration of human expertise with intelligent systems in high-tech manufacturing environments.

Katrina Tan is currently the manager of Workforce Development at Micron Technology. She leads training and development strategies for the Singapore Assembly and Test sites, focusing on building an agile and capable workforce through structured upskilling, leadership development, and continuous learning. 

She began her career with Micron in 2016 as a process and equipment engineer at Frontend Wafer Fab at Woodlands, specializing in wet process engineering and driving yield improvement initiatives. She later supported the Micron’s Japan’s fab ramp up in 2019 and subsequently worked as a tool install engineer when she was back to the Singapore fab to qualify tools for high volume production. 

Katrina moved to the Micron Singapore’s Assembly and Test site in 2020, where she assumed the role of a workforce development engineer who leads workforce development initiatives spanning onboarding, AI upskilling, lean capability building, and leadership development programs. Throughout her time, her work has enabled the workforce to remain agile and effective in a challenging operating environment, guided by an integrated learning model that develops technical, social, and adaptability capabilities across all job levels in Micron. 

She holds a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is certified under the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).  

Li Ming Tan graduated with a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from NUS, but has focused her career on patents, joining Applied Materials in this capacity more than a decade ago. She built up her skillset in tracking innovation trends and modelling IP activity to make better decisions in managing patents for the company. Her passion culminated in a Master of Technology in Enterprise Business Analytics from NUS, which further strengthened her capabilities to combine Law and Deep Tech – this has helped her team to better use patents as signals of where technology is heading and how these help Applied’s long-term product & business roadmap. 

Ashish Kundra is a Senior Manager in IT at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), where he leads AI-driven finance transformation across the enterprise. As AMD’s AI Champion for APAC and Finance IT team lead, he drives enterprise AI adoption, embedding intelligence into core finance operations at scale. Representing a company that powers global AI infrastructure, Ashish believes the future of finance isn’t automated; it’s autonomous, intelligent, and always on.

Minghui is a seasoned technology strategist and problem solver with a decade of cross-sector experience driving digital transformation and operational excellence. In GlobalFoundries Digital Manufacturing organization, she leads a global team focused on indirect material consumption reduction and AI/ML enabled quality improvement across worldwide fabs. She is also an active member of Singapore GlobalWomen, a companywide resource group committed to fostering sustainable pathways for women’s professional growth. 

Padmaja Ekambaram is a Sustainability Manager at Exyte Singapore, where she leads initiatives that integrate sustainable design and execution across the full lifecycle of high‑tech facilities. Her work focuses on advancing decarbonization, driving embodied carbon reduction, and integrating circular economy principles into future‑ready project delivery. With 17 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer specialising in process and energy efficiency, she has supported energy performance optimisation and sustainability implementation across complex industrial environments. She brings a practical, hands‑on and solutions‑driven approach, working closely with clients and project teams to translate sustainability ambitions into measurable outcomes. This collaborative approach is guided by her strong commitment to building a sustainable future.

She holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Nanyang Business School, where she strengthened her expertise in corporate sustainability, climate strategy, and systems level decarbonization. She is an active voice in regional sustainability dialogues and forums, contributing insights on practical decarbonization strategies and the evolving sustainability landscape across Asia.

Dr. Venkat Neelakantam is an Associate Professor at Singapore Institute of Technology and serves as Program Leader for the BEng (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering  programs for full-time students and for in-employment learners. 

He specializes in the fields of Applied Electromagnetics, Radio Frequency Electronics and Communication Systems. His research contributions are geared towards solving complex challenges in modern communications and electronic, advancing research in RF and millimeter-wave technologies for 5G and beyond applications. Dr. VENKAT is passionate about training next generation engineers and is actively involved in hands-on teaching, providing real-world applications for his students and conducting workshops regularly for adult learners in these fields. As Program Leader for B Eng (EEE) programs, which are based on competency-based education model, he has played an essential role in designing and delivering the curriculum in active partnership with various companies in the semiconductor industry, EDB and Polytechnic partners. 

Manasi is part of the 2025 cohort of SAY Ambassadors. She is an Electrical Engineering undergraduate at the National University of Singapore, specialising in Advanced Electronics (AE) and Internet of Things (IoT).

Cynthia is part of the 2025 cohort of SAY Ambassadors. She is a Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Engineering undergraduate at the Singapore Institute of Technology, specialising in Microelectronics.
