Michael is currently on secondment from PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency to take up the newly created role of Managing Director of the Singapore Water Association.   SWA is committed to build upon its existing good initiatives and develop new opportunities for Singapore’s water industry.  A key focus of the Association will to embrace innovation, digital technologies as well as enhancing productivity.  SWA will also build on and deepen its collaboration with both local and international partners.
