Dr. Gurdev is Chief Engineering and Technology Officer at PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, overseeing its Technology and Engineering Department and specialist groups driving applied R&D and innovation. Since joining in 2016, he has led key initiatives and advanced technology deployment from research to operations. With prior experience managing PUB’s largest desalination plant and 15 years in technology enterprise development, he holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
