Anderson oversees the Manufacturing and Connectivity Division within Workforce Singapore’s Enterprise Development Group, working with companies to integrate human capital best practices into their business and technology transformation efforts. He also leads WSG’s Sustainability portfolio, coordinating whole-of-government initiatives to equip Singapore’s workforce for the 2030 Green Plan.
His division manages Career Conversion Programmes across over 10 sectors, including Electronics and Medical Technology, supporting Industry and Jobs Transformation Maps in Manufacturing and Logistics. Previously, Anderson held roles spanning private sector regional business development and public sector positions at the Institute for Adult Learning, where he developed training strategies, operationalised iNLAB’s business model, and launched the Adult Education Professionalisation scheme.
