Country Leader, Quantinuum Singapore

Dr. Marvin Lee is Country Leader for Quantinuum Singapore, where he leads strategic partnerships and ecosystem development to advance quantum technologies across APAC. Previously, he held leadership roles at Singapore’s National Research Foundation (NRF), Economic Development Board (EDB) and A*STAR, contributing to Singapore’s National Quantum Strategy, semiconductor investments and national R&D initiatives. Holding a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, Dr. Lee brings deep expertise at the intersection of science, industry and policy, translating breakthrough technologies into commercial opportunities while strengthening innovation ecosystems and long-term technological competitiveness.
