Phoebe Tan is a Partner at Xora Innovation, a deep tech venture firm backed by Temasek. She drives the creation and investment of early-stage semiconductor and advanced materials companies that power the next generation of computing and communications. A leader in advanced materials and frontier tech, she has built companies from the ground up in Taiwan, guiding them from concept through multiple stages of growth. With experience spanning the U.S., Taiwan, and Singapore, Phoebe has executed cross-border technology transfers, managed extensive intellectual property portfolios, and bridged research, industry, and capital to accelerate hardware innovation. She holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and has been an invited speaker at leading international forums including SEMI, IEEE, and other global industry platforms.

  3. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Organiser will be final.

  7. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time.
