Qin Fang leads membership engagement at SSIA, bringing a vibrant, connected approach to strengthening relationships with members and partners. She plays a key role in building bridges across the ecosystem, ensuring members stay engaged, informed, and supported. Prior to SSIA, she managed multi-year strategic programs and policy work in government agencies, including DSO and MOF. She holds a degree in Public Policy and Global Affairs from NTU.
